In year 1926, the East Coast Line (OKB) procured 15 metal body waggons from the German manufacturer Gotha. Of these, ten were used for commuter trains (seven class C3, and three class CD). The remaining five waggons, class CF, were used in local freight trains. They had the body of C3, and interior and loading doors of the same kind as SJ's class CF4. For sick conveyance, four waggons were procured as ambulance vans from Kockums in 1927, and given the class C3s. During the years 1929-1931, an additional five C3 waggons were procured from ASJ in Linkoping. |
